Obi is a really enthusiastic guy and really supportive. The workouts he set me worked and helped me work on the areas I was interested in. I've seen a notable change in my physique and I lost 8kg. I stuck pretty rigidly to my 3 month workout and nutrition plan though. Obi tries to provide you with tools and videos so you know what to do in the gym and are able to track your progress. He is quite busy but he will always reply to your messages as soon as he can, and spends as much time as you need discussing your progress and answering any questions you have as part of weekly check-ins. I would highly recommend Obi to anyone wanting to get in shape, even if you're not based near him and need to access your plan remotely.
